We have been part of compliance teams working on the applicability of Belgian and European export control legislation to software vendors. This involved internal and customer audits as well as informal contacts with relevant authoirities. We have also assisted clients in responding to enquiries related to requests to access public documents and related to parliamentary questions raised by individual MPs.
